Security

Security is priority zero at MicroGraphs: not a feature on the list, but the condition for everything on it. The choices below were made before the first database ran, and every new feature is held to them.

Every database has machines of its own and an address of its own. Nothing of your data is shared with another customer, and the database, its storage and its backups stay in the region you pick.

Everything travels encrypted. A key is shown once and kept only as a hash; a credential you bring is encrypted and never shown again. An agent does not take a key: it signs in as a user of your account, and you approve each one.

Your content is yours. We never use it to train models, and the AI features send what you select to the model only when you use them. Every action on your account is in an audit log you can read.

Who we are

A small team of engineers from Microsoft and AWS, who have built and run data and cloud services at scale. We are passionate about graphs, at home with AI, and convinced the two belong together: a graph is the shape of knowledge an agent can reason over.
